Go...so that my house may be full

At Back Roads Church, we desire to live out Jesus’ teaching in Luke 14:15-24 to invite people into the kingdom of God.

To do this, we take Next Steps, designed to grow us through prayer, Bible study, fellowship, worship, giving, and serving others. Whether you are just curious about a relationship with Jesus, trying to follow Him in all areas of your life, or are somewhere in-between, we are dedicated to helping you cultivate your relationship with Christ.

A Real Relationship

God has an amazing journey for your life! You can begin on it by simply acknowledging your need for Him. Romans 3:23 says, for everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. God did not create you to to live life on your own. God sent His only Son, Jesus, to bridge the gap between our sin and Him.  Once you realize you will never be good enough on your own, just ask Jesus to save you. A beautiful exchange that happens in that moment: you give Him all the bad things you’ve done, and in return, God gives you everything He has for you. All you have to do is take the first step on that journey

What God Says

God’s Word, the Bible, nourishes the spiritual part of us. It is full of His wisdom and love. It guides, corrects, anchors, encourages, and renews us. Daily Bible reading is a vital investment if you want to go deeper in your faith journey. Take the Next Step by starting a Bible Reading Plan

Better Together

God gave us the gift of fellowship. We fellowship together in Worship, but we also need other types of relationships. At Back Roads Church, Growth Groups help supply this closer type of fellowship where people can study together,  find friendship, do fun activities, and support one another in a small group setting.

Faith in Life's Storms

Even when you have a relationship with Jesus, life isn’t easy. Is it possible to have solid faith even through the storms of life? If you would like guidance through the rough spots, just contact the office and ask for your free book, Unshakable: Standing Strong When Things Go Wrong.
